Indie Ovation

Owner & Designer

Technically, the start of my professional work with design was when I was about 12 years old. I was learning Photoshop on the family computer as a kid, and decided to try selling under the table on Redbubble; an online print-to-order service where you can get commission for your designs. On there, I sold fan merchandise of my favorite video games, movies, music, and franchises. It was fulfilling for me because I was able to create original art pertaining to subject that already inspired me. Something I’ve always appreciated about fan art, is being able to bring my own creativity to franchises and inspirations that I hold dear.

Fast forward a decade, and today I have cultivated my own brand of fan merchandise and jewelry. With my manufacturing and printing connections, I have been able to successfully expand and curate a business of selling and marketing pop charms and original art.

I originally started the brand as a vague idea when moving to Tempe in 2023, with a collection of 10 designs of which a few saw success. From there I was able to invest in new additions to my catalog, and over time expanded my variety of items to also include shirts, rings, various earrings, and other accessories.

Two years later, I have expanded my brand presence and profitability each year. In that time I have reached 6-figure yearly revenue, and cultivated an enthusiastic young fan base with niche interests specific to my brand image. Indie Ovation remains active and successful.
